Return & Exchange Policy

• We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they receive them however, we understand that not everything is the right fit.

• If you would like to return your product, please contact us at info@waxflicker.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Please be advised that the buyer is responsible for delivery costs for all returned items. The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded after receiving the parcel (except delivery fees applied during initial purchase as they are non-refundable).

• If the item is not returned in its original condition i.e., already used, damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• If you have received your order and something has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@waxflicker.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order details along with photographic proof of damage and we will arrange the replacement(s) or refund, depending on your preference.

Shipping Policy

• We aim to ship within 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. We will send the notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

• FREE Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent) will be applied to all orders over £35 within United Kingdom.

• Orders posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class (Free Standard UK delivery) can be expected within 2-3 working days from dispatch day.

• A delivery upgrade (Express UK delivery) is available with additional fees. Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class (or equivalent) and can be expected within 1-2 working days from dispatch date.

• All shipping is calculated on weighted basis as per the Royal Mail pricing template 2020.

• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Candle Care:

We want you to get the best out of your candle, and therefore we highly recommend that you use the following guidance to ensure you get an even, clean burn with a great scent throw.

• Allow 2-3 hours for the first burn to ensure an even melt pool and best scent throw.

• Always trim the wick to 5 mm before re-lighting. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers, or scissors. If it is not trimmed, it will give black smoke and may taint the scent of your candle.

• Burn candle for between 2-3 hours generally for pleasant experience and let the melted wax pool to re-heal prior to lighting the candle again.
   

Candle Safety :

The safety and well-being of our customers is first and foremost! We want our customers to enjoy their scented candles in a safe manner and thus, we recommend that our customers adhere to the following points to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

• Always use long matches or a long-reach lighter when lighting a candle.

• Always keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame.

• Never place the lit candle near any explosive/sensitive/flammable material/substance.

• Never leave burning candle unattended.

• Always keep your candles out of the reach of children and pets.

• Ensure there are no wick trimmings or matches in wax pool at any time.

• Never touch or move a candle while it is burning and until its cooled down.

• Store the candle in a cool and dry place.
